WHAT SOLUTIONS TO FINANCE YOUR TRAINING?
In Luxembourg, the legislation on continuing vocational training allows companies legally established in Luxembourg to benefit from funding assistance of their training plans.
The INFPC is in charge of examining co-financing requests from companies wishing to obtain this aid.

Benefit from financial aid from the State for the training of its employees:
Private sector companies, legally established in Luxembourg and carrying out their main activities there, can obtain training aid amounting to 15% taxable on the annual amount invested.
The training organized must target employees affiliated to Luxembourg social security with an employment contract (fixed or indefinite).
Access to financial assistance is through a co-funding application.
